Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal care reasons, certain used personal wellness products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
